PRIVACY

What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed.

22 August 2026

This is a working draft prepared during the build. It must be reviewed by a legal practitioner before launch.

What is collected

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, an optional company name, an optional budget range and your message. Nothing else on this site collects personal information, and there are no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of what was discussed if we go on to work together. That is the only purpose. Your details are never sold, and never used to market anything to you.

Lawful basis

Processing is on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form, under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for five years after the project ends, to meet record-keeping obligations.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered by an email service provider and stored in a business mailbox. Analytics, where enabled, are aggregate and carry no personal identifiers. No personal information is transferred outside South Africa except as an incident of standard email and hosting infrastructure.

Your rights

To exercise any of these, email the address in the footer. Requests are actioned within thirty days.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no cookie-based tracking. If analytics are enabled they are cookieless and aggregate, and a consent path is presented before anything is recorded.
