Automations

Most businesses do not need new software. They need the three hours a week somebody spends copying rows between a spreadsheet, an inbox and an invoicing tool to stop happening. We find those loops, close them, and put an alarm on them.

2–4 weeks per process

What is included

  • A written map of the process before anything is automated
  • Integrations across the tools you already pay for
  • Idempotent runs — a retry cannot double-charge or double-send
  • Failure alerts to a channel a human actually reads
  • A dashboard showing what ran, what it saved and what broke
  • A documented manual fallback for the day an API is down

How it runs

  1. Trace

We follow one real case end to end and write down every hand-off, including the ones nobody documents.

  2. Cut

Steps that exist only because of an earlier tool choice get removed rather than automated. This is usually the cheapest win in the project.

  3. Automate

The remaining path is built, with retries, logging and a kill switch. It runs alongside the manual process until it has matched it for a full cycle.

  4. Watch

Alerting and a monthly report. If a run fails at 02:00 you hear about it before your customer does.
