Mmereko — a tailored CV for every job

A workspace that reads a job posting, rebuilds your CV against it, and pulls the projects that prove you can do the work out of your own code.

The problem

Applying properly means rewriting the same CV for every posting, and almost nobody does — so one generic document goes to an applicant tracking system that filters it out before a person ever reads it. Meanwhile the projects that would actually settle the question sit in a repository no recruiter will ever open.

The approach

It is a workspace, not a chatbot. One master CV stays local and git-ignored as the single source of truth; per job, the posting is read, the CV rebuilt in its language, and the most relevant repositories surfaced — private ones described without exposing a line of source. The output is a single-column, keyword-matched PDF whose text is selectable, because an applicant tracking system cannot read a picture of a CV. Nothing is invented: every line traces back to work that was actually done.

The result

It is live at mmereko.tumoolo.tech and free to start. A posting goes in and a submit-ready CV and cover letter come out in under a minute, with GitHub and GitLab both read, self-hosted instances included. Your CV, your applications and your cached repositories never leave your own machine.
